How long does powder coating take?
Our standard turnaround time is typically 3 to 5 business days. This timeframe varies based on current workshop capacity, project size, and required preparation work such as sandblasting or stripping. Expedited options are available for time-sensitive commercial jobs.
What should I bring for a quote?
For an accurate estimate, bring clear digital photos of the metalwork, precise dimensions, information about the metal type, and its current state (such as existing paint, heavy rust, or greasy residues). If you have physical parts, you can bring them directly to our shop.
Can you match a color?
Absolutely. We carry thousands of premium powder-coat options from top architectural suppliers, including RAL colors, custom metallics, specific gloss levels (from flat matte to high gloss), and textured surfaces. We can easily match your specifications.
Do you work with both small and commercial projects?
